There are concerns that a second front could open in Israel's north, which neighbors the Hezbollah-controlled territory in Lebanon's south. D | 　　引导金融资源流向实体经济。1—7月，通过中小微企业贷款贴息、设备更新贷款贴息、民间投资专项担保计划、民企债券风险分担机制4项促投资的政策，服务业经营主体贷款贴息、个人消费贷款贴息2项促消费的政策，6项累计支持相关领域新发放信贷超20万亿元，较上年同期增长超8800亿元、增幅为4.5%。　　降低融资成本激发企业活力、助力百姓共享政策红利。1—7月，4项促投资政策累计支持民间投资约1.51万亿元、2项促消费政策累计支持居民消费约1.88万亿元。　　7月30日召开的中共中央政治局会议指出，优化实施财政金融协同促内需政策。财政部对相关政策优化完善，从8月1日起开始实施，主要有三个新举措：　　拓宽贴息范围。在先前固定资产贷款的基础上，将新发放的流动资金贷款纳入中小微企业贷款贴息的政策范围；更好贴近大众消费习惯，将包括购车、装修在内的新发生各类信用卡分期消费纳入政策支持范围。

E | 　　增加经办机构。进一步扩大中小微企业贷款贴息、服务业经营主体贷款贴息经办机构范围，从先前约100家增加到约400家，广泛覆盖城乡经营主体。

F | 　　进一步提高额度上限。将享受贴息政策的中小微企业贷款规模上限由5000万元提高到7500万元，将享受贴息政策的服务业经营主体的贷款规模上限由1000万元提高到2000万元，将享受政策的个人消费贷款贴息上限由3000元提高到5000元，更好满足经营主体投资和消费需求。

G | 　　“我们正继续研究制订财政金融协同的新政策和新举措，并于今年下半年推出。”廖岷说。　　统筹运用各类资金推动产业、能源、交通结构调整优化　　近年来，中央财政持续加大科技领域投入力度，强化政策供给。“十四五”时期，全国一般公共预算科技支出比“十三五”时期增长33%。

H | 　　财政部综合司司长李先忠表示，“十五五”时期，中央财政将进一步聚焦基础研究、应用基础研究和国家战略科技任务，继续加大投入力度，同时引导地方和社会力量加大研发投入。完善财政科技经费的分配和管理使用机制，会同有关部门完善制度机制，改进管理办法。发挥政府投资基金的带动作用，实施好中小企业发展专项资金政策，支持“小巨人”企业发展、优质企业梯度培育、中小企业数智化转型。　　“十四五”时期，中央财政累计下达污染防治和生态文明建设相关资金超2.3万亿元。　　财政部预算司司长王新祥介绍，“十五五”时期，财政部门将统筹运用各类资金，推动产业、能源、交通结构调整优化。
